An artist interview published alongside the authenticated print identifies this as The legend of Fred ILLE and Gwen VILLAINE: Part II, one half of a two-wall project painted for the 2012 COSMORAMA exhibition. MTO explains that the giant has broken through the wall and spotted the artist through a real window; MTO’s own presence at the building completes the staged photograph. He considered that photograph—not the mural alone—the complete work, and the house was demolished in 2014.
